Marcin Held (21-3 MMA) and Pawel Pawlak (11-1 MMA) are training hard at London Shootfighters, one of the best MMA gyms in the world. They are very fortunate to be able to spar with the 170-pound world's top MMA fighers: John "Hitman" Hathaway (17-2 MMA) and undefeated Michael "Venom" Page (7-0 MMA).
